Machine Description :
The mask making machine is used to fully automated make flat masks
with with size 175*95mm. The main production process flow is coil
material feeding, nose bridge tendon feeding, folding and pressing,
mask cutting and forming, ear band feeding and welding, and
finished product unloading. Automatically completes production from
raw materials to finished masks. The produced masks are comfortable
to wear, no pressure, good filtering effect of the masks, fit the
human face, and can be used in medical, electronics, mining,
construction and other industries.
The outer ear mask machine can only produce disposable flat masks
with size 175*95mm, and cannot produce three-dimensional or N95
masks. Whether the masks produced by this machine are medically
independent of the machine, as long as the masks are sterilized,
the masks produced by this machine can be used to For surgical
masks. Common medical masks: mainly composed of three layers of
non-woven fabric. The inner layer is a common non-woven fabric; the
outer layer is a non-woven fabric with a waterproof treatment,
which is mainly used to isolate the liquid sprayed by the patient;
the middle filter layer is an polypropylene meltblown non-woven
fabric treated with electret; After the final production, it should
be sterilized by ethylene oxide and left for 7 days for volatile
toxicity.

Maintenance
Scheduled check the main parts ,such as the axletree bearings
,ensure all the bearing lubricating enough.
Scheduled check the welding head mechanical wearing conditions ,
adjust the pressure to a suitable state , try to adjust the
pressure to be minimum at the station of welding well .
Often check the tensile force of the raw material coils ,ensure all
the materials running in step & the surface with no laxation.
Please adjust the pressure of the cutting blade to avoid blading
damage.
